How long will it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as it ships. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over CAD $150 in Canada, USD $120 in the USA, and CAD $200 internationally. For orders below these amounts, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I return my purchase if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely! We offer a 15-day return policy for customers in Canada and the USA. Just make sure your items are in their original condition, and we'll process your return or offer store credit. Please note that a return shipping/handling fee of CAD $15 (or USD $15 for US customers) is charged for returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if you opt for store credit, 100% of the paid value will be credited to your account. The return window starts from the day the order has been fulfilled.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Will I receive a confirmation when my order is confirmed and shipped?
Yep! As soon as your order is confirmed you should receive a confirmation email at the same email address provided on your order. Then, once we ship your order, you should also receive an email. If you did not receive any email, please check your junk and spam folders and we suggest adding shipping@goldmacher.store to your safe sender list.
I just ordered a new item but it’s taking longer than normal to process. Is therea problem?
Orders placed during new collection launches may take longer than usual to process and prepare to ship due to high volume. We do our best to deliver within the delivery time indicated on each individual product and will inform you if we cannot meet the delivery date.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that! We inspect all merchandise carefully before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@goldmacher.store. Include photos of the damage along with your order number. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Are sale items returnable?
We love a good sale, too! However, all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Can I change something on my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order,
please contact us immediately at support@goldmacher.store. Include your order number and “Update/Cancel Order” in the subject message.
