Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be longer during new collection launches, promotional events, and holiday seasons.

Canada

Free shipping on orders over CAD $150. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

United States

Free shipping on orders over USD $120. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International

Free shipping on orders over CAD $200. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Additional Charges

International customers may be subject to additional charges including customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Return Policy for International Orders

Please note that items shipped to destinations outside of Canada and the USA are not eligible for returns or refunds. We encourage international customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase.
