Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for orders shipped within Canada and the United States. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Return Fees

A return fee of CAD $15 (Canada) or USD $15 (USA) will be deducted from your refund. If you choose store credit instead, you will receive 100% of the item value. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our form with your order number and reason for return. Select "Returns & Refunds" as the department. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

International Returns

Items shipped to destinations outside of Canada and the USA are not eligible for returns or refunds. We encourage international customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase.

Sale Items

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us through our form within 48 hours of delivery. Select "Order Support" as the department and include your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important: Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first. We will provide specific instructions on how to proceed once we have reviewed your case.
