Return Policy

We hope you love your jewelry, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy for all customers within Canada and the USA. The return window starts from the day your order is fulfilled (shipped). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to initiate your return.

Return Shipping/Handling Fee:
Please note that a return shipping/handling fee of CAD $15 (or USD $15 for US customers) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you opt for store credit instead, you will receive 100% of the paid value credited to your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The items are in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alterations. Signs of wear may include scratches, tarnishing, or missing tags.
  • The items are returned with all original packaging, including the box, cloth, pouch, and any certificates (if applicable).
  • The return request is initiated within 15 days of when the order was fulfilled (shipped).

International Returns:
Items shipped internationally (outside Canada and the USA) are not returnable or refundable. Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We also recommend checking for any local duties or customs charges before ordering.

Returns for Sale Items:
We love a good sale too! To offer you the best possible discounts, all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all product information and sizing details carefully before making your purchase.

Damaged Goods

We inspect all merchandise carefully before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@goldmacher.store. Include photos of the damage along with your order number. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and work with you to resolve the situation.

Important: Please do not return damaged items without first contacting us. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.
