Processing Time
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive tracking information once your package has been shipped. Please note that our processing time does not include shipping time and may be longer during new product launches, high order volume periods, or public holidays.
Shipping Information
Canada Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over CAD $150 within Canada. For orders under CAD $150, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
USA Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over USD $120 within the USA. For orders under USD $120, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over CAD $200 internationally. For orders under CAD $200, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping is available to most countries; however, some restrictions may apply.
Additional Charges
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are collected by the customs authorities and are not included in the price of shipping or your order. We encourage customers to check with their local customs office to understand potential charges before placing an order.
Return Policy for International Orders
Items shipped internationally (outside of Canada and the USA) are not returnable or refundable. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about our products or need assistance, feel free to contact us before completing your order.

Return Policy
We hope you love your jewelry, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy for all customers within Canada and the USA. The return window starts from the day your order is fulfilled (shipped). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to initiate your return.
Return Shipping/Handling Fee:
Please note that a return shipping/handling fee of CAD $15 (or USD $15 for US customers) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you opt for store credit instead, you will receive 100% of the paid value credited to your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The items are in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alterations. Signs of wear may include scratches, tarnishing, or missing tags.
- The items are returned with all original packaging, including the box, cloth, pouch, and any certificates (if applicable).
- The return request is initiated within 15 days of when the order was fulfilled (shipped).

International Returns:

Returns for Sale Items:
We love a good sale too! To offer you the best possible discounts, all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all product information and sizing details carefully before making your purchase.
Damaged Goods
We inspect all merchandise carefully before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@goldmacher.store. Include photos of the damage along with your order number. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and work with you to resolve the situation.
Important: Please do not return damaged items without first contacting us. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.
